Castilo: yesterday, i was playing border patrol with Allah, Syrup, Slayer, Homer, and King and shorts was in the same channel i was in, and i was saying that i had been in SO's server once and they had a border patrol also and thiers was reall deatiled and i was aying to every1 that SO's border patrol was kinda cool because they had a jail, and a thing that actually looked like a border. and then shorts gets all pissed becuase i said that and he's like "well if u think they're so great, y dont u go join them." and "well go ahead and join SO castillo, becuase u obviously are not loyal and dont like us, all they do is copy us!" and by saying that, he kinda pissed me off and i was just telling u 'bout this complaint

Summary:

A Company, 1st Platoon has a good bunch of men and it has its
bad bunch. I have notice recently a lack of discipline. Many soldiers
can't follow orders or whine when they don't get there way. One
person I have noticed the most doing this is LCpl Slayer. I don't
think he should be stripped of his rank but I do think he should be
demoted to Rct for a week. Also there is a lot of goofing around
even when we tell them to stop. I also think Castillo deserves a
promotion to Cpl because he is showing improvement and has been LCpl
for a long time. Also I think Conook is worthy of a promotion
because he's been coming to practices and is on enough and has been
in long enough.
The practices are coming along good. I feel they learn what we
are teaching but usually the subject of the training gets off course.
and it's usually because of the officers. I will make a schedule and
test them when I feel they are ready. It went from formations to
suppressive fire. I do plan on teaching them how fire teams work and how
we are going to use them. It gets a little stressful trying to organize
fire teams and I think training them will make it easier to organize them.
Also using way points helps because it shows where you need to go and
makes it a lot less stressful during combat where to go. This also allows
for a point man. So I will be teaching them how to organize into fire teams,
which weapons to get in fire teams, to color tags, and many other things that
will help. I will be doing this over the next month and like I said in this
upcoming practice doing blitzkrieg, I am going to wait until we can get the
basics covered.
Most of my platoon is active though there are a few people inactive
and I do have a couple people in multiple platoons. Overall the main issue
is disobedience.

2nd Platoon Progress Report

Whats going on?
Ok, lets start with some basics first. We are a good all around platoon, people in it are listening and doing fine, we are mature and keeping it that. We do good at practices, everyone listens does what they are told. No problems with practices so far.

Problems?
Yeah.. One: We need at lest another Sgt, and if its spades, then soon a Cpl. What i really need is a SSgt that can actually help me with my platoon, right now spades is that person. I was thinking since 1st platoon has some good sgts, we can trade one of ours, or our only one which is dghost, for a active one (Maybe wired). Besides that we are doing well.

Promotions?
At this moment, the only one who would be mentioned would be medic. He is active, we can help him with ts, listens, and is an all around good guy, PFC would suit him.

no need for promoteions. its hard to do training with only a couple active people. if i see a couple people on from my platoon i will do a small coop mission for practice. and problems are that i do not have many active people in my platoon. and i also have many open cpl and sgt positions.

Alpha Company Report
All platoons except for homers seem to be doing well, our main issues are inactivity and disobedience. We are on schedule with practices and we need to get that professional development class up. Also we need to think about our current NCOs and see if they need to be demoted or placed in the reserves due to spots filled by people who don’t play. Request GW11 gets his boot camp set up.
